He is also the CEO of Northwind Capital, an advisory and investment company with a focus on Africa.

As Co-founder of Cedar Connect in 2010, Brendon has been integral in business strategy being well-versed in, Business Planning, Management, Consulting, Business Development and Business Process Improvement.

As a Serial Entrepreneur with exceptional interpersonal skills, Brendon has co-founded Cedar Connect, Northwind Capital, Northwind Capital Credit Fund and Currency Partners.

Mohseen Rasool
Financial Director

Mohseen is a qualified Professional Accountant with an Honours Degree in Accounting from the University of KZN (formerly known as Natal University).

He is currently the Managing Partner of Louw Cooper Rasool Tax and Accounting Services, while also holding a board position as Financial Director in various institutions.

Mark Dare
Director

Mark serves on the board of Northwind, Cedar Connect and Sikelelo Training.

As Executive Director Mark overseas the management and business development.

Mark brings guidance and expertise in leading effective teams, improving processes and providing strong operational and financial leadership to all business units.

Mark's predominant focus has been on business development and the creation of strategic alliances having particular expertise in business transformation and restructuring.

Prior to joining Northwind, Mark worked as both CEO and COO in the print and publishing sector and was Managing Director of Trident Press a company instrumental in the growth of the prepaid cellular industry.

Over his 34-year career, Mark has overseen large and diverse staffs and multiple departments including finance, accounting, human resources, and operations.

Kobus Vermeulen
Director

Co-founding partner of Cedar Connect (originally known as Kube Outsourcing), VB 4, 5 and 6 developer, .Net Web Developer, Dynamics CRM / 365 consultant, team leader, account manager and entrepreneur.

As Account Director and team leader Kobus builds and maintain close relationships with Cedar Connect's clients and employees.

Kobus specialises in SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft CRM Industry Knowledge Integration, Business Analysis Requirements, Analysis, Software Development, ASP.NET, Visual Studio and T-SQL.
